| Bicycle Puncture Repair | This is usually done while you wait. If we are very busy and cannot replace the inner tube while you wait, we will do our best to finish the work on the same day. The repair price includes the inner tube. | £ 18 (£30 for ebikes) |
| Tyre Replacement | The tyre will be replaced and the existing inner tube will be pumped to the correct pressure. Should the inner tube be replaced at the same time, there won’t be an additional labour charge. | £ 15 |
| Jetwash & Chain Lube | The whole bicycle will be jetwashed to remove all the dirt and grease. The chain will then be regreased to overcome mechanical resistance, prevent rust and wear. | £ 15 |
| Handlebar Tape Fit | New tape will be fitted in place of the existing one. After removing the existing one, the handlebar will be cleaned well to make way for the new tape. Cables, grips and calipers will be fitted back. | £ 30 |
| Mudguard Fit | Existing mudguard (if already exists) will be removed and new one fitted in place. | £ 25 |
| Cassette Replacement | We replace the cassette with a new one having the same number of speed and teeth. When we replace the chain or the cassette, we usually advise the customer in advance that we may also need to replace one or the other for the gear shifting to work perfectly. | £ 20 |
| Brake Service | The brake pads/shoes will be checked to make sure they still have life in them. If in good shape, they will be cleaned, degreased and adjusted. The brake cables will be checked and replaced if needed. Otherwise, they will be greased. | £ 25 |
| Chain Replacement | The old chain will be removed and replaced with a new one. There are cases whereby the cassette should also be replaced. This will be determined after fitting the new chain and checking any abnormality with the gear shifting. | £ 20 |
| Wheel Truing | The wheel will be removed and placed on the truing machine to fix. We tighten all the spokes to the right tension level and we replace any damaged spoke with the same colour and size. | £ 30 |
| Hydraulic Brake Bleed | The brake pads will be removed and checked for any wear. Brakes will be replaced if worn out. The rotor will be checked and cleaned. The fluid will be bleeded and replaced with the suitable oil. The cost is for each side. | £ 30 |
| Wheel Hub Service | The hub will be removed, cleaned and regreased. Bearings will also be checked and replaced if required. | £ 30 (Front) ; £35 (Rear) |
| Gear Service | The gears will be adjusted where required. The alignment of the rear derailleur, the hanger and the front derailleur will be checked. The shifters will be checked to make sure they function well. Replacement to any part will be communicated in advance to the customer via Whatsapp. | £ 35 |
| Headset Service | The headset will be removed, cleaned and greased after checking all components are fine and there are no damages or not worn out. | £ 35 |
| Front Fork Service | For high performance, the fork should be serviced at least once a year. Cleaning and oil change will be carried out to improve the performance. | £ 40 |
| Bottom Bracket Service | The bottom bracket is removed, the bearings and frame threads are checked. If bearings are in good condition, they are cleaned and regreased. Otherwise, they will be replaced with new ones. If bottom bracket is sealed, and if causing issues, it will be replaced with a new one. Unit cost is extra. | £ 40 |
| Child Bike Assembly | This is putting together the bike components out of the box. The gears and brakes are adjusted. The tyres are pumped to the right pressure.
