Fret not, fellow cycling enthusiast! Your friendly neighborhood bike shop in Ealing has compiled a collection of frequently asked questions to shed light on our products and services. Let us illuminate your path with answers to your every query.
We accept cash of course. But you can also pay with: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover and Amex.
You don’t need to book an appointment. Just bring your bike in and tell us the issues you are facing with your bicycle. We log the issues on our job card and take your name & mobile number to contact you by Whatsapp to give you a quote before we start ther work, update you with progress or tell you your bike is fixed and ready to collect. If you want a check up, we do a health check on all the components and send you a message (again by Whatsapp) with the list of issues, if any, and the cost. You give us the go ahead and we start the work.
We will let you know at the time of giving in your bike for service or send you a WhatsApp message with the work details and completion date.
Unless you are coming in for a specific problem like a tyre puncture or a brake shoes replacement, we will start off with a Health Check. Then we will send you a Whatsapp message with a quote. Once you give us the go ahead, we will start the job and then contact you again when the bike is ready to collect.
Yes of course we do. That and every (almost every) other problem you have with the bicycle. Just drop it in for a health check and we will take care of the rest.
It’s not part of our service portfolio yet, however we do look at requests on a case by case basis. If the bicycle can be fixed without the need to bring in and the location is within a 1 mile radius, then we may agree to take on the job.
Well, basically anything with wheels on except motorbikes and cars (and vans and..) of course!
Yes, we do repair escooters. Like with bicycles, just drop off your escooter and we will give you a quote for the fix either on the spot or through a WhatsApp message. Once the job is done, we will send you a message informing you that your escooter is ready to collect. Please note that we DO NOT repair the electrical components of the e-scooter.
