Nice coffee and a big variety of used and new bikes. Don’t buy bicycles online especially for a used item which requires maintenance. Much better buying from someone like these guys as they know what they do and how to give you a product well refurbished and safe.

Kamal and Paolo are both extremely helpful and friendly. They fixed my bike up and had it ready at very short notice, always doing their utmost to accommodate my schedule and needs. I went to Town Bikes to sort out the alignment of my front derailleur. I tried myself but I couldn’t figure it out. Left the bike with them to sort it and very quickly got a message saying it was ready to collect. They also did a free bike health check to see if there were any other screaming issues. Now my bike changes gears like a dream. I’ve never felt it ride so smooth! The guys there are super friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me understand what the issue was, and the service is fantastic! What a lovely place.
Finally a bike shop in South Ealing. It’s very small but they will have the basics to fix your bike. They can also do the fix for you or do regular maintenance. I went there for a new chain and changing a shifter cable, and now my bike feels as good as new! The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s also a coffee shop. Do yourself a favour and try their Mocha!

What a great place, shop/cafe, lovely people, lovely energy, so helpful great service!! My son’s bike was in a really sad way and I needed a quick thorough professional service with attention to detail they gave it a health check service and repair, so glad I found them shame I didn’t know for the last 15 years with all the family bikes costing me a fortune over the years. I went here to get my granny bike serviced, first time I’ve taken it in to get checked over since getting it, over 6 years ago! The 2 men who served me were really professional and kind. Town Bikes is the ONLY place to take your cycle for repair in West London. Paolo is incredibly knowledgeable, efficient and so so helpful. His service is excellent. He is a delight to deal with and his pricing is very reasonable particularly for the care and expertise he applies to every bike. 10/10. Highlyrecommend.
